20 years of conflict management experience within private, public and non-profit sectors has provided me with insight into the profound impact workplace conflict has on employees, organizations and our broader lives outside of work; yet through managed conflict we gain an invaluable window into ourselves and others. Using this conflict lens, I developed a systematic approach to improve self-awareness, relational dynamics, and decision-making, positively transforming workplaces and our lives inside and outside of the work context.
