Mediation

Mediation for any workplace conflict following a proven framework with a focus on enhancing self awareness, relationship awareness, and effective interpersonal dynamics within the work context. The pre-mediation phase also considers organizational behavior and design, improving outcomes for both participants and the organization.


Executive Coaching

Enabling leaders to better navigate business and human obstacles through a comprehensive model of behavioral and organizational analysis. The 'conflict lens' allows for an effective internal and external view of the self, the other, and the organization and the interrelationship between the three.


Organizational Assessment

Understanding the nature of organizational issues through workplace assessment to discover the core concerns of employees, leadership and stakeholders. A systematic approach to understanding the workplace environment enables the application of concrete solutions as well as real and sustainable organization change and development.


Training

Training focused on personal and professional effectiveness, including self awareness and professional awareness enhancing interpersonal and task dynamics in the context of role and responsibility. Outcomes include reduced conflict, greater individual and team resilience, reduced stress, improved morale, and more effective communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
