Individual Support, Family Mediation & Workplace Conflict Management

Mediating Effectiveness is a comprehensive approach supporting individuals navigating internal, interpersonal, family and or workplace conflict by integrating conflict management and mediation practices with psychotherapeutic approaches, including Compassionate Inquiry (CI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This integrative approach, specifically the depth of the trauma-informed practices and the structure of mediation models and CBT illuminates the emotional foundations of internal discord, relationship breakdown and conflict and the thought patterns that sustain it. It also provides an expansive context for awareness and healing.

Rather than approaching conflict as a problem, it is seen as meaningful data- an entry point into the beliefs, needs, and narratives shaping wellbeing, relationships and decision-making. Individual sessions and mediated cases go beyond being interest-based and outcome-focused; they explore the emotions and motivations driving the interests. This way, conflict can be resolved through restorative processes that strengthen personal and interpersonal awareness, presence, harmony and effectiveness.
